Maurice Jones

Maurice Marcus Jones, formerly of Monongahela, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 15, 2017 peacefully at home. One of four children, he was born on October 4, 1970. He was lovingly raised by his grandparents Anna Mae and Billie B. Jones until their death. Maurice affectionately known as “Ressie” by most and “Durp” by his Aunt Carol, loved his family and sports. Football in particular. He was an avid Steelers fan and never missed a game. Maurice was preceded in death by his grandparents, Anna Mae and Billie B. Jones. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Ella Mae Madison; his step-father, Wesley Woods; his sister, Robin Lynn Jones; two brothers, Jack Jr. and Jerome Smith; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
