Dwight M. Law attended the Donora and Ringgold School Districts before continuing his education at Kent State University. He later graduated from California State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and also completed his studies at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.

Dwight served his funeral service apprenticeship at John Thomas Chapel in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the profession.

Throughout his career, Dwight has had the privilege of working under giants of the industry, including his father, Percy E. Law Jr., as well as Quinn R. Banks, Donald Law, E. Scott Law, George Warden, Frank S. Striffler and Orlando Boston. These experiences helped shape his dedication to professionalism, service, and compassionate care for families.


Chandra M. Law, FD

Chandra M. Law is a Pennsylvania Licensed Funeral Director dedicated to serving families with compassion, dignity, and care during some of life’s most difficult moments. Born the ninth of eleven children to the late Charles and Rosemarie Sanders of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, Chandra developed a deep appreciation for family, faith, and community early in life.

She attended West Virginia University and has built a professional career grounded in service. Chandra is also a licensed Notary Public, a licensed insurance agent, a Biblical counselor, and a Certified Celebrant. Her diverse background allows her to support families in both practical and meaningful ways as they honor the lives of their loved ones.

Chandra serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science (PIMS) and brings more than 20 years of managerial experience in the hospitality and service industries. Her professional approach is guided by empathy, professionalism, and a sincere desire to help families navigate the funeral process with comfort and confidence.

Chandra often shares that her trust in Christ is her foundation,” a belief that inspires her commitment to serving others with grace, compassion, and respect.


Mark Sanders

As the middle child of eleven siblings, he developed a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and family values early in life. Prior to joining the House of Law, Inc. as an Associate, he spent 38 years working as a truck driver, a career that allowed him to travel extensively and live in numerous states across the country.

He currently resides in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania with his beautiful wife, Gail. Deeply committed to service, he remains actively involved in supporting his local community, contributing to family businesses, and serving faithfully within his church home.


Karen Murray

Office and Family Support

Karen Murray has been a valued member of the House of Law team since 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she dedicated 34 years to the Pittsburgh Public School system as a Speech and Language Pathologist, where she worked closely with students and families to support communication and learning.

Throughout her career, Karen has also served as a crisis worker and as the Director of Foster Care for a nonprofit agency. In addition, she has worked as a private contractor specializing in educational advocacy for children, helping families navigate educational systems and secure the services their children need to succeed.

In her spare time, Ms. Murray enjoys reading, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.

Daija Williams, FD

Daija Williams, FD

Funeral Director

Daija is a Philadelphia native and a recent graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Spanish, from California University of Pennsylvania.

Daija is a licensed funeral director as well as a Certified Celebrant and Certified Crematory Operator. She is passionate about serving families with compassion and professionalism while helping them honor the lives of their loved ones in meaningful ways.

Daija’s motto through life and work is, “I chose my path, but God ordered my steps.”

In her free time, Daija enjoys singing very loudly and dancing around the building, bringing energy and positivity to those around her.
