Walter Frison Jr. was born on October 19, 1946, in Lynchburg, Virginia to Walter Frison Sr. and Ada Mae Woody.
He graduated from Fifth Avenue High School. After graduation he moved around and finally settled in Baltimore, MD where he worked as a truck driver for John Hopkins University APL in Laurel, MD where he eventually retired in 2001.
Preceding him in death is his father, Walter Frison Sr., mother, Ada Mae Woody, brother, John Frison, sister, Sandra Frison, and stepsister, Mary E. Woody-Harris. He leaves behind two children, Walter Frison 3 and Shantell Fields.
He leaves to cherish his memories to Walter Frison 3, Shantell Fields, Verna Frison, Minister Clementine Smith, (Elder Arthur), Minister Brenda Jean Gurley all of Pittsburgh; He also, leaves behind 6 grandchildren: Alisha Frison, Timar Frison, Yndigo Frison, Kenyell Bates, Imonte Fields, and Amirah Frison. Along with a host of nieces and nephews and family and friends.
