OUR BELOVED Timothy Earl Dukes transitioned to life eternal on January 3, 2026. Tim navigated life inspired by his mother's teaching of Christian values.
Timothy "Timmy" Dukes, son of Evelyn and Robert Dukes Sr. was born on January 26, 1953. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Melvin, Robert Jr., and Arnold.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Cheryl and daughter Melissa Brady (Cedric); siblings Jane Taylor and H. Lynne Lewis (Alexander), also Mother In Love Ida R. Maloney.
His memory is also cherished by Sister-In-Love Dr. Lawrencella Dukes and Dr. Charlene Dukes, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Tim was raised in the Hill District of Pittsburgh with many of his lifelong friends. His education began at McKelvy Elementary School. He would later attend Conelly Trade School, while excelling in his academic studies. He graduated high school as a proud Schenely Spartan, and went on to Carnegie Mellon University on a full scholarship. Tim later attained a B.S. in Math and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
Tim was most notably employed by Duquesne Light, Valspar, Robert Shaw controls, and Allegheny Ludlum (Teledyne) where he retired after an outstanding career as a Quality/IT Manager at Allegheny Ludlum.
He loved family, friends, football, and food.
