Thomas Edward Cox, Jr.

Thomas Edward Cox, Jr was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the middle child and only son of Thomas Edward Cox, Sr. and Corlena Mae Davis-Cox both also from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Thomas has 2 sisters, the oldest by 2 years " Germaine Coletta Cox-Harris" and the youngest by 9 years " Talitha Darcell Cox."

Thomas was also fondly known as Feller or Manny or Tommy.

Thomas attended Taylor Allderdice High School and graduated on to Gateway Technical Institute where he studies Engineering.

Thomas proved himself to be a true soldier as he battled renal disease for 43 years, he survived through 3 Kidney transplants, where his body rejected all 3, but in true fashion, he soldiered on to fight all the way to 60 years old, where he has been placed in the Medical Record books as the longest living person to have been successfully having the longevity of an additional 43 years.

Thomas possessed a heart of gold and was very generous to all his family and friends, not withstanding giving you a piece of his mind(cursing like a sailor) if you got on his nerves or did not keep your word to him, as he rarely broke a promise and most always kept his word!

Thomas loved to discuss politics, world history and current events, and would educate you on these topics in a minute if you stated something incorrectly.

Thomas was an avid fan of most all sports, especially Football and Hockey. He loved movies and videos. He was a straight shooter and loved kids.

Thomas leaves behind his older sister Germaine Coletta Cox-Harris, his younger sister Talitha Darcell Cox, aunts and uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews including various God-children and friends.
