Symarian (Littleton) Freeman

Symarian Littleton Freeman was born on February 12th, 1933 to the late Symarina and Levin Littleton she was the 4th of 6 children she departed this life on January

14th, 2023.

Symarian graduated from 5th Avenue high school in 1950 and received her associate's degree from Duffs-Iron City Business

Institute. She was a member of the old Bethel AME Church until it was torn down to build the Civic Arena.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces when she met Ernest they were United in marriage in Pittsburgh PA on April 28, 1956, from their Union they were blessed with one daughter LeArttis, their marriage ended with the death of Ernest in 1984.

She joined Rodman street Baptist in 1969 and was baptized by the late George L

Bowick. After over 35 years of civilian federal service as a civilian in the U.S. Army, the US Bureau of Mines, and the Social Security Administration she retired in 1989.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her daughter

LeArttis Freeman, grandson Henry A Shannon Il, great-granddaughter Miciah Stowers, and a host of relatives and friends.
