Sheenae Silva Wilson was born on December 7, 1986, to Stanley J Wilson and the late Renee Jean Albano in Pittsburgh, PA. Peacefully, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, Sheenae was summoned from her temporary residence to her eternal home with Almighty God and the heavenly hosts.
Sheenae was raised by both of her parents until May 1, 2004, when her mother Renee passed. After that, she remained in the South Oakland area of Pittsburgh and raised by her dad and Grandmother Mary (aka Candy Wilson). Sheenae (affectionately known as “Shae”) was named by Stanley.
Sheenae attended Gateway High School in Monroeville, PA and later she completed her GED.
She had her first child, Jaimar Coleman (15) and later had LaDanion Da’Vone Scott (13) and A’daya Na’Shay Scott (11) from a previous marriage.
She then discovered love with Leon Daniel Grinage. The two married in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 2, 2013. Through this union was born Leon D. Grinage Jr (8) and Levi D. Grinage (7). Together, they raised five children in Penn Hills, PA.
As co-owner of Grinage General Contracting, expressions of her home improvement talents exist throughout the city. She enjoyed home decorating and renovation projects as well as doing nail designs, make-up and hair. Sheenae was caring, creative, artistic and had a great sense of humor.
Years prior to a diagnosis of cancer, Sheenae dedicated her life to Jesus Christ. On May 16, 2016, both she and Leon were baptized by their Pastor, Rev. Greg White and became active members of Showers of Blessings Church in Penn Hills, PA. Her commitment to strong family values increased. Her faith and family kept her encouraged, strong, energized and determined to remain self-sufficient during her struggles with cancer. She was always motivated to help others.
God knew His plan to call home an angel. However, for the family, unexpected complications lead to a phone call that granted limited time for some to say farewell. However, most immediate family members were blessed to be present with Sheenae, Leon and their children at UPMC East Hospital in Monroeville prior to her homegoing.
