Obituary
Samuel Lewis; born February 28, 1954 in Pittsburgh, Pa went to be with the Lord on March 30, 2023 at 4:30 pm. Samuel was the son of Harvey Lee Lewis Sr. and Evelyn Savannah White Lewis.
As a child, Samuel was very quiet, he'd always playing with Army men! By the time he was grown up the war was over. Samuel, at the age of 16, attended Pitt University for a short while. Samuel was a very smart man and always ahead of his time. Samuel always put the needs of others before himself. Samuel never married, but lived a full and vibrant life. He loved traveling and knew no strangers. He considered all of his friends family. Sam loved karate, lifting weights, and the singers "Earth, Wind, and Fire!"
Samauel's adult years, he lived in California where his sisters, Evelyn Plummer and Mangaline Lewis lived. He leaves behind seven siblings, Rotley Lewis Sr., Mangaline Lewis, Carol Jean Lewis, Ronald Lewis Sr., Evelyn Lewis Plummer, Kenneth Lewis Sr., Barbara Lewis Vire, the late Harvey Lewis Jr.; and a host of family and friends.
