Mildred Shirley Warren

Mildred "Midge" Shirley Mae Warren, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of strength, love, and unwavering devotion to her family. Born on March 27, 1938, in Moulton, Alabama. Midge lived a life marked by resilience, hard work, and a generous spirit that touched everyone who had a privelege of knowing her.

Midge was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Emmett Warren and Juanita Clara Warren, as well as her dear brothers, Barclay "B.W" and John Snider. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

A proud graduate of the Class of 1956, Midge carried her determination with her into the workforce, dedicating 21 years of service to Weirton Steel Corporation. Her commitment, loyalty, and strong work ethic made her a respected colleague and a role model to many.

Midge's greatest joy, however, was her family. She is survived by her loving son, Harold Warren and daughter-in-law, Michelle Warren. Her sister, Racine Warren, remained a lifelong companion and source of comfort. She was a devoted grandmother to Niya Warren-Sauers and Ashley Warren, and adored by her great-grandchildren: Jacque Gant, Regis SauersJr., Janii Nicholas, Robert "R.J." Randolph Jr., Kyra Sauers, Jose Regus Jr., and Aryn Smith. Her Legacy continues through her great-great-grandchild, Taymont Robinson-Taylor, who brought her immeasurable joy.

Midge's life was defined by faith, family, and the quiet strength she demonstrated in every season. Her warm heart, quick wit, and gentle presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who loved her.

May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by loved ones who have gone before her. Her memory will forever remain a blessing.
