Mark Quentin Washington, Sr.

Mark Quentin Washington, Sr. was born on June 27,1960 in Waldorf , Maryland. He was the handsome son born to the late proud mother, Betty T Jordan (Washington). Mark was the brother of siblings, Michael Washington, Carla Arrington and Ricardo A. Washington Sr., Joesette Jordan. Mark attended the Pittsburgh Public School system. However, he received his G.E.D. in 1979. He was a Boy Scout in a group named Pack 7-18 in the Hill District Section of Pittsburgh. He also enjoyed swimming and diving at the University of Pittsburgh Summer League along with his brother, Ricardo. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1980 shortly after receiving his G.E.D. Mark was honorably discharged in 1982. Mark was a father of 7 children; Danielle Mosley, Mark Washington, Shawn Q. Washington, Kayla J. Washington, Leron A. Shimaburkuro, Victoria L. Washington and Teresa A. Washington. He loved his children and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mark departed this life on August 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by his mother, 1 aunt, 3 uncles, grandparents, Robert and Louise Washington and one nephew, Ricardo A. Washington Jr. Mark leaves behind along with his 7 beautiful children, 18 beautiful and handsome grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
