Maggie was born February 12, 1925 in Winnsboro, S.C., the second child of Robert (Bob) and Reese Davis. She had an older sister, Eliza, and a younger brother, Johnny.
On May 10. 1942, Maggie married James (Bo) Durham and from that union there were five children:
Carl V., James S., Carolyn A., Asenath, and Vivienne.
Maggie learned the truth about Jehovah God, dedicated her life to serve Him, and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1956. She was an avid servant of his for the next 70 years, spending much of her time in the door-to-door ministry, and studying the bible with many of those she met.
She is preceded in death by James, her loving husband of 65 years, who passed away in 2007, also her oldest son Carl Van, who passed away in 2016 leaving his widow Karen.
She is survived by her children: James S. Durham (Marcia) of Monroe N.C., Carolyn A. Durham of Sewickley PA, Asenath Wright (Dwight) of Verona PA, and Vivienne Durham of Sewickley PA. Also 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
