Kevin P. Basilico

Kevin Paul Basilico was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on August 27, 1974.  He departed this life on January 26, 2024, after a long illness.  He was the son of Anthony Basilico and Gwendolyn (Buckner) Basilico.  Kevin attended Penn Hills schools and graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2006, with honors, with a degree in Design Technology.  Kevin was employed by the Pittsburgh Regional Transit Authority (PRT) for the past 10 years.  Prior to working for PRT, he held various positions, including Electronic Technician at Dave and Busters and Graphic Technician at Leeds Business Accessories.  Kevin was a very talented artist who enjoyed fusing art with technology.  He was an avid gamer who enjoyed attending the Otakon Convention yearly.  Kevin also loved going to the gym and keeping physically fit.  He was a Steeler fan, loved cats, and enjoyed fishing, good food, and working on his car.  He leaves to mourn his mother, father, sister Felicia (Jerome) Drew, and a beloved nephew, Jerome “Beanie” Drew, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
