Justin Gomez Obituary

Justin Lamar Gomez was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was the youngest of four children born to Keena Gomez and Norman Fitzgerald Jr.
Merk as he was fondly known was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School system graduating from Westinghouse High School.
Justin was employed Leaf Guards specializing in roofing. However, his current project was to remodel and beautify his home.
 Justin met the love of his Leah Stanley and to this union five children, Augustus (deceased), Justice, Justin Jr., Jiovanni, and Amara was born. Justin loved and adored his family. They were his heart beat. He loved traveling, singing, dancing, playing video games and would often make curry chicken that would knock your socks off. His legacy of love for his wife and children will never be forgotten.
Justin spent a lot of his time helping the community. He was and encourager that saw the cup have full. He believed that with a determine mind you could accomplish anything.
He was a sincere and caring person who loved with all of his heart. The hugs he gave made one feel appreciated and protected like no other. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin as well as friend who took care of all of those around him.
On July 4, 2020 he departed this life for life eternal. He was preceded in death by his son Augustus; his father, Norman Fitzgerald and his best friend/brother Calvin Doswell.
 He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Keena Gomez; wife, Leah Stanley; children, Justice, Justin Jr., Jiovanni, and Amar; three sisters, Shawntay, Tara, Shannon; brothers Norman and Ryan; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends
