Life Reflection of John D. Giles, Jr.
He was born September 8, 1956, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late John D. Giles, Sr. and Mary M. Giles.
John was the oldest of three children. He attended Westinghouse High School. While growing up in The Burgh, he was affectionately known as Johny the Wheelie Kings with his lifelonfg friend, Jimmy Williams. He was an avid bike rider and car enthusiast.
Through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor 7 Industry, John went on to become a Journeyman Painter. He was employed at Shadyside Hospital for the past 36 years.
John married Lillian Giles, August 23, 1986, and from this union his daughter, Janay Nicole Giles was born. A proud and devoted father, husband and friend. He was truly a man amongst men.
John became a member of Praise Center Full Gospel Church where the Lord filled his life with joy, peace and unconditional love.
John leaves to mourn, his wife, Lillian Giles , daughter, Janay Giles, son, Jermaine Dehonney, sisters, Renee Giles (Paul Whitley) and Deborah Giles and a host of grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
