In Loving Memory of Ingrid Mary Roberts

Ingrid Mary Roberts, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, was born on July 18, 1957, in Couva, Trinidad, to Neville and the late Frederica Felix. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, October 31, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

In 1970, Ingrid moved to the United States, where she made her home in Homewood, Pennsylvania. She was a proud graduate of Westinghouse High School in 1976, later earning her degree in Liberal Arts.

Ingrid's greatest joy came in 1981 when she met the love of her life, Jody. Their union blossomed into a beautiful family, blessed with two wonderful children, Andre and Erica. Ingrid poured her heart into her family, nurturing them with unwavering love and support.

Ingrid had a passion for life that was evident in everything she did. She loved shopping for her grandchildren, exploring new restaurants, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family. Her laughter and warmth filled every gathering, creating a sense of belonging that will be deeply missed.

Ingrid is survived by her beloved husband, Joel "Jody" Roberts; her two children, Andre (Crystle) and Erica (Michael); and her seven cherished grandchildren: Dominique, Dakota, Taylor, Trinity, Camren, Chance, and Amina. She is also survived by her sister, Cheryl (Felix) Hill; her brother, Anthony "Tim" Felix (LaRonda); her sister-in-law, Carmen Felix; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will remember her kindness and spirit.

Ingrid will rest well in Heaven with family that preceded her, including her mother Frederica Felix, and her brother Owen Felix.
