Helen Romaine Syke

Helen Romaine Syke was born on June 25, 1962 to Grace Jean and Robert Syke. After a short Illness, she departed this life quietly at home on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, surrounded by her family. Helen was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School system; she went on to become a home health care worker. She took care of her own family members, her brother Robert (Bobby), her sister Earlene (Toey) and a dear friend, George and others. Helen also enjoyed playing cards, bingo and going to the casino. She now joins her parents, her brothers Stafford, Carl and Robert, Sisters Earlene Smith and Ann Elizabeth. She leaves to cherish her memory, her companion of more than 30 years, Paul Bennett, one surviving sister, Norma (Fred), two sons, Michael and Robert, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild, sister-in-law, Mary Parker, 18 nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends
