Eric Morris - Arthur Bundy

Eric Morris Arthur Bundy was born on July 27, 1973, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Eric was the beloved son of Donna Bundy Ford and Morris Griffin. He was raised with love and care by his mother, Donna, and stepfather, Raynard Ford, as well as his father, Morris, and stepmother, Phyllis Griffin. Eric was the proud father of Melvin Johnson, Erica Johnson and the late Eric Johnson, who preceded him in death. His love for his children and grandchildren was the light of his life. Eric's greatest joy came from spending time with his oldest son, Melvin, and his precious grandchildren. Whether it was enjoying a good Steelers game, going to baseball games, or sharing a meal at dinner or brunch with his daughter Erica, Eric cherished every moment with his family. Eric will be remembered as a kind and gentle man, whose caring nature touched the lives of all who knew him. Melanie Johnson, the mother of his children, was a significant part of Eric’s life, and their bond remained strong through the years. Eric attended Westinghouse High School, where he made lifelong friends and memories. He was a man of faith, often attending church with his mother, Donna Ford, where he found peace and community.

Eric departed this life on August 5, 2024. He is now reunited with his beloved son, Eric Johnson and aunts, Rachel Bundy and Ivy Hoy, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his cherished children, Melvina and Erica Johnson; grandchildren, Aleeyah Morrison, Amari Morrison, Montana Jones, Donna Jo Knomsarie, Elijah Johnson, Eric Johnson, Jr. Eric is also survived by his devoted siblings, Dawn Bundy and Melvin Bundy, as well as his stepsiblings, Noelle Griffin, Gregory Griffin, and Nathan Griffin. He will be dearly missed by his aunts Sandra Bundy Simmons, Sherdina Long, and his uncle Lloyd Bundy. His presence in our lives was a blessing, and he will forever be missed by his family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him
