Emmanuel L. Moore (Manny); was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 7, 1994, at Magee Women’s Hospital to Rhoda Moore and Rayvaughn D. Perkins Sr. Manny attended North Gate High School where sang in the chorus, he graduated in June of 2012. After graduation, he went to further his education at Full Sail University. Emmanuel which is Hebrew for “God is with us” took pride in his name but people also known him as Manny or Man-E Fresh. Everyone that he came in contact with would tell you that he had a smile that shined brighter than the sun. Manny was outgoing, charismatic, smooth as butter, humble, and a go-getter. He was just the most loving and caring person you can meet. Rather if you had known him for 5 minutes or a lifetime he wanted to make your day with laughter from his jokes or moving to the rhythm of the beat creating his own dance floor and singing even if he didn’t know the words. He enjoyed writing whether if was lyrics to his music, poems or even just what was on his mind. He was a very creative person. Emmanuel Lateef Moore received his wings on August 25, 2023. He was wonderful son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend that was truly loved and will be missed. He is preceded in death by his Mother Rhoda Moore, older sister Colleen, younger brother Ray Perkins Jr., Great-Great Grandmother Rose Vines He is leaves behind his father Ray Sr., his grandmother Patricia, his sisters, Tameka (Donald), Chantel, Rayoniah, and Tamara ; his brothers, Ondre, Mike, Omar, and Michael and host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who he loved very much.
