Daniel Hearn Obituary

Daniel Brice Hearn was born a fraternal twin on August 3, 1948 to the late, Odessa Carter and Ulysses Hearn.
He grew up in the Lawrenceville Community of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended the Pittsburgh Public School system. He was a graduate of Schenley High School class of 1967.
Daniel enlisted in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War; however, Daniel was stationed in Korea. Upon honorable discharge from the Army, he gained employment in the airline industry. Daniel's airline career included representing his peers as a union steward. Also, he received a commendation letter as an award of recognition for being a dedicated editorial staff member of a work related news magazine. Daniel retired after 35 years in the airline industry from US Airways to enjoy time with his wife and family.
On April 19, 2021 Daniel transition from this life. He was preceded in death by sisters: Audrey Hearn, Carol Sheffield, Janet Trasada and brother, Paul Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife, Cora; daughters, Celeste and Nicole Jones; son, Danny Miller; grandson, Lanrell Watson Jr.; granddaughter, Brianna Watson; brother, Roy Hearn; sisters, Diane Martin and Roberta Daniels; twin sister, Odessa Hunter and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
