On Sept. 5, 2020, Charles Jeffery Campbell, lovingly known as “SOUP”, passed away in Springhill, Florida. Jeffery was born on May 5, 1956 to loving parents John and Eveline Campbell in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. He was second born of six siblings, Kim, Brian, Sydney, Cora and Cynthia (deceased) He attended Ringgold School District and graduated from High School in 1974 in Donora, Pennsylvania.
Charles met and married the love of his life, Janet Kassa on June 4, 1974. To this union Traci was born. Charles was a loving husband and father who was focused on providing for family. He was employed at Allen Port Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Mill for approximately five years. He then moved his family to Baltimore, MD and was then employed at Robert Bricken Corporation. “Jeffery” as he was also fondly known was an avid Steelers fan, who attended the Super Bowl, Hall of Fame. and Countless NFL games. After ten years of living in Baltimore Jeffery and Janet decided to moved to Springhill, Florida where he enjoyed hosting pool parties with his family and friends. Jeffery had a passion for cleaning his pool and manicuring his lawn. Life was good. Together they would sit outside relaxing to music as the sunset. .
Jeffery leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janet; daughter, Traci (Chris) Wilson from Chalmette, LA. Daughter, Charmaine from Baltimore; grandson, Tyler; granddaughters, Atira and Arianna; siblings, Kim, Brian, Sydney, and Cora; a very special niece and nephew, Kaley and Jarod Madison; special aunt, Marlene Jones from Riverview, CA, whom he visited with often and shared a special bond; special friend, Charles Brownlee; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
