Carlos Lymoin Burley was born on August 31, 1989, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Carl and Kimberly Burley. Carlos “Los” as he was affectionately called by his family and friends grew up in Homewood where he was educated in the Pittsburgh Public Schools system graduating from Westinghouse (BULLDOGS FOR LIFE) High School. Carlos was employed at the Pittsburgh Public School District and worked as a Custodian/Journey Man. He was also employed at Family Links as a Senior Counselor. Carlos was a devoted father, son, and brother. He loved spending time with his two daddy’s babies. He also loved traveling with his family and his favorite hobby was skiing. He loved starting projects but never finished them. He was into fashion and always dressed very nicely.
He departed this life on January 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Delano Montgomery, Lovella Patterson, and Dennis Walters; uncles, Delano Chris Patterson and Charles Woodward; brother, Carl Burley Jr., and sister, Kayla Cleveland. Carlos is survived by his parents, Carl and Kimberly Burley; two beautiful daughters, Tacarei and Triniti Harris-Burley; his better half (girlfriend) Taneesa Harris; grandparents, Melvin and Carolyn Anderson; sister, Terrashea (Adrian) Morris and Cierra Burley; brother, Robert Burley; nephews, Adrian Jr., Awan, and Angelo Morris; nieces, Tekira, Desirer, and Amirah Morris; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. Rest Well Carlos.
