Carla Yvette Clarke

Carla Yvette Clarke was born on June 23, 1965 in Pittsburgh, PA. Carla was 56 years old when the Lord called her home on November 3, 2021. She moved to North Carolina where she spent the remaining days of her life. 

Carla was a free spirit, loving and caring person who could light up the room with her smile. She was a woman who believe that if you put your mind to something, you could do anything. In this world no one is perfect. She was a woman that cared for her children and others no matter what the obstacle was in front of her. Carla was a strong black woman that was misunderstood sometimes, but no matter what she never gave up. We all have problems, we all have our issues but no matter what she will still try to make sure the ones she loved and cared about feel better. She never let her illness break her spirit, she kept her head held high and kept that beautiful smile on her pretty face. Carla was a true fighter and she will be remembered as such. 

She was preceded in death by her father William Clarke and baby brother Lamont Clarke. Carla leaves to cherish her memories; her mother Ethel Clarke, her two-children; Son, William Clarke and daughter CaRayla Cousin. Four grandchildren Kevin Clarke, Marcus Clarke, and Amayiah Walters, McKayla Barts., two brothers William Clarke, James Clarke, and two sisters Jean Lamar and Sheila Clarke.
