Brian Devonte Jameel Clay was born on December 11, 1990 to Brandy Franklin and Jameel Clay at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL. He moved to Madison, WI in 1996 where he grew up and attended school. Brian moved to Pittsburgh in 2008-09 where he finished off his last two years of high school and decided to stay. Growing up he played football and basketball but ultimately decided to go in the direction of arts. He always had a thing for music and drawing. The older he got the more he started to take both very seriously, and that is where he pursued his love for music and tattooing. He was very outgoing, outspoken, humorous and humble. Brian was creative and adventurous and loved to take on anything life would throw at him. Brian was a very upbeat person, with a heart of gold. He loved to laugh and joke. He was definitely always the life of the party. You would always find him with family and out enjoying what life had to offer. Family to Brian was everything. He always put family first and made sure the next person was okay. Brian was an amazing father and loved his kids more than anything. He always made sure they had a smile on their faces and tried his best to make sure they were taken care of. On April 8, 2021, Brian departed this life for life eternal. He was preceded in death by greatgrandmother, Mary Lee Franklin and Hillary Rose Clay; grandfathers, Atla Dupree and Michael Jones; and uncles, Nick Dupree and Paris Franklin.
