Anthony Dewayne Moore

Mr. Anthony D. Moore better known as "Boneyard", "Bonerizzy" and "Rizzy" was born on July 16, 1962, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late James Thompson and Doris Smith. He was the baby boy, the only boy of the family.

He was a graduate of Westinghouse High School in 1981, and before his accident in 2014, he was employed with Quality Services as a maintenance worker.

Some of Anthony's hobbies were tennis, fishing, basketball, cooking and dancing. He loved having a good time.

In 1986, he met the love of his life Catherine Johnson, and the two united in marriage on February 3, 2017, although they were together for thirty-five years. They became a blended family with daughters, Tenika Johnson and Sharpinaa Cunningham. He loved and adored his family and there was nothing he wouldn't do for them.

On January 22, 2024, Anthony transitioned from life on Earth to his eternal rest. He was preceded in death by his father, James Thomas; mother, Doris Smith; three sisters, JoAnne Moore, Carol Gilmore and Barbara Moore; and uncle, Clarence Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Catherine Johnson; his son, Paris Anthony DeWayne Moore, his daughter, Mariah Marie Moore; two step-daughters, Tenika Johnson and Sharpinaa Boyd; stepson Shaquille Johnson; sister, Charlotte Moore; stepsister, Darlene Claggett-Patterson; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
