Ada L. Anderson

Ada L. Anderson departed this life on August 20, 2023, the 6th of 7 girls to the late Arthur and Agnes Barbour. Sister to Eleanor (Elbert) Johnson of Monroeville. She was a graduate of Westinghouse High, Pittsburgh, and the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and teaching certificate. She was married to the late William Anderson, Sr. and mother to Joseph (who preceded her in death) (Melissa) Rhonda, Glennie, William, Jr. (who preceded her in death), and Terri (who preceded her in death). Grandmother to Dreahma, John Ross, Drey-Kar. Great-grandmother to Jaisean, David, Darius, John Jr. Terence, Billy III, Makayah, Mason, Madison Dominic, Madilyn, Abel, and Marlow. She was a member of St James AME Church. She received the Lord at an early age and worked tirelessly in all she did to magnify the Lord. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends and will be loved and missed by all who knew her and those whose lives she touched.
