Wiley, affectionately known as "Kenny" by his family and friends, Was born on July 29, 1958, a birthday which he affectionately shared, with his eldest sister Sheila.
Kenny was number 8 in line, from a family comprised of 10 children, 7 boys, 3 girls.Kenny was preceded in death by his Mother, Deaconess Ivaline Wilborn , and Father Wiley McKinley Wilborn Sr. Kenny was educated in the Penn Hills school district. Afterward, he held a variety of jobs working as a mechanic, this due to his love for cars. As a small child into adulthood, Kenny loved dogs.His favorite dog as a child was Laddie lol.Over the past few months, Kenny has been filled with a joy that he could not stop talking about.This was due to his rededicateing his life to the Lord.He did not hesitate to tell any and everyone about his love for God.Kenny leaves to cherish his memory, Daughters, Devonna Renee Henderson, of Pittsburgh, Rasaun Scott of North Carolina.Brothers: Ronald Tipton of Maryland, Rock Tipton, George Tipton, Bruce Wilborn of Pittsburgh.
