Rosetta Burges-Johnson (Rose) 78 years old passed on August 7, 2017 at her home. Rose was born on June 12, 1939 in Charleroi, PA. to her parents the late Moss Burges and Christina Burges. Siblings that preceded her in death are the following: Brothers: Howard Burges, Buddy Burges, and Her Son: Lewis Watson, who passed away June 21, 2017 who lived in California, Great-Grand-Son: Terrance William Carlock. Father-in-Law Fred Patterson Johnson Sr. and Mother-in-Law Lucy A. Johnson. Also, other Brothers and Sisters In-Laws. Rose -- Work History: Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services Belle Vernon, Mon Valley Hospital, PA. Rose leaves behind her dedicated husband Kenneth Douglas Johnson Sr. (Pete) of Green Hill, PA. Her Brother: Harry Burges of Rochester, NY. Her Son: Kenneth Douglas Johnson Jr. (Dougie) and his wife (Kathy) of Virginia, Beach. Three Daughters: Cecilia Johnson-Isbell of Green Hill, PA., - Teresa Johnson of Donora, PA. - Camille Johnson of Monessen, PA. Host of Grand-Children, -- Great-Grand-Children, -- Many Nieces and Nephews. Sister-in-Laws: Audrey Johnson of Belle Vernon, PA. Gail Cook-Jeter (Roderick) of Manassas, VA., Almita Cook of Pontiac, MI., and Evelyn Johnson of Pricedale, PA. Brother-in-Laws: Fred Paterson Johnson Jr., (Banjo) of Green Hill, PA. Charles Ray Cook Jr. of Pricedale, PA., Gaylord Cook of Clairton, PA., Donald Cook of Pricedale, PA., Ralph Cook of Pricedale, PA., and Gene Paul Jackson of Finleyville, PA. Rose -- was married to her beloved husband Pete for 58 years. Rose, was a long time member at; Pleasant Green AME Church, in Pricedale, PA. Rose loved the Lord and she would always tell you that, Jesus woke her up to see another day and she was grateful. Rose will definitely be missed by her husband and children and the rest of her family and friends that loved her.
