Praise God for the life of "Jo Davis!"
I will be so ever grateful to God for all she taught myself as well as others up in Northview Heights when I was in Elementary/ Middle School /High School and into my college years.
She taught us how to Usher, she taught us in the choir, how to be "Christ- like". She always had a sparkle in her eyes and a loving smile on her face, sometimes even if we weren't doing the right thing or doing it the correct way.
The last couple years I reconnected with her through the Heritage Gospel Chorale of Pittsburgh. I'm going to miss seeing her at our concert this Saturday because she was always there in support of not only myself but her nephew Minister Tony Anderson as well as others within our choir.
My heartfelt condolences and prayers are extended towards the Davis and Taylor families at this time and in the future.
She's been rewarded for what she lived her life for, "Rest In the Arms of Jesus, Mrs. Jocelyn Taylor, my Titus 2 women!
Her living was not in vain.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. Life is a precious gift, yet so short. God has promised to one day soon eliminate death forever, along with all sickness, pain and sorrow. (Rev.21:4) He has also promised to reunite us with our loved ones on a restored paradise earth. The Bible says he yearns to do this. (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:11,29; Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures will be of comfort to each of you and bring you peace.
