James Edward Mason, Jr.

James Edward Mason, Jr. was born in Donora, PA, on June 28, 1937, to the union of the late James E. Mason, Sr. and Rose Gilbert Mason.

He was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System, graduating from 5th Avenue High School.

After graduation he enlisted into the U.S> Air Force in 1954, coming out of the service with an honorable discharge.  He then went to work as a Carpenter.

James met and married his wife, Theresa Mason and moved to Kansas, where he started a beautiful family.

James leaves to cherish his memory: daughters, Sandra Mason and Janelle Thibodeaux; sons, James Mason II, Michael Mason and Perry Mason; sisters, Shirley Hendrix and Denise Walker; brothers, Derick Mason and Danny Mason; a life long friend, Joyce Jones, and her children and grandchildren.
