Elizabeth J. Williams

 Elizabeth “Toots” Williams was born on September 10, 1915, to the late Charles and Martha Hodnett.  She had two sisters, the late Serah Shepard and the late R. Pearl Bell.  

Elizabeth grew up and attended schools in Donora, Pennsylvania. She was first married to the late Wesley Loines and later to the late John “Big John” Williams.  She is  a member of First Baptist Church and previously was active with its Sunday School, Woman’s Missionary Society and choirs.   She was an excellent seamtress and dress in high fashion from head to toe highlighting her outfits.

After a fall in her home she was unable to live alone was resided in Country Care Manor.

On October 5, 2017 she departed this life for life eternal. She has a son, George Loines and wife Dorothy; two grandsons, Dean Loines and David Loines and wife Paula, all of Washington, D.C.; and two great-grandchildren, Corey and Jordan.
