Obituary

Born September 7, 1960, Donna Marie Terry passed on to be with the lord on September 29, 2019 at the age of 59. She is the youngest of three children from the union of Marion and Joan Washington.

Donna graduated from Wilkinsburg High School and went on to work in nursing as a Tray Girl and later became a Nurses Aide for the Independent Nurses Registry. Donna later chose to share her love and caring spirit with the children of Kiddie Kastle daycare and looked forward to seeing and spending time with the children there.

Donna was blessed with four children. Michelle R. Terry, Edward Charles Hyatt Jr, Brittany Marie Terry, and Angel Marie Terry. Donna was a wonderful mother and was truly devoted to her children. She enjoyed spending time with each of them and loved them all beyond measure.

Donna was blessed with a creative spirit and loved the arts. She loved music and she was gifted in drawing, painting, poetry, and interior design. Donna had an appetite for life and loved to have fun, laugh, and loved fast cars. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially playing cards and in fact, won most of the time. Donna had a beautiful soul and was loved by everyone around her.

Donna was preceded in death by her oldest brother the late Steven Washington and niece the late Tanylle Marquet.

She is survived by mother and father Joan and Marion Washington; Siblings, Craig Washington, Erika Washington-Cox, and Stepheny Washington; children, Michelle Terry, Edward Hyatt Jr (Tamaya), Brittany Terry, and Angel Terry. Grandchildren, Nevaeh, Faith, Rob, Quan, Quay, Dae Dae, Jax’Son, Ry’der, Edward III, Jaian, Nasia, and Amire and nieces, Tiffani and Tamera and a host of family and friends.
