Dolores Bernice Saunders
Known as Niecie by family and Dee by close friends
Dolores was born on Sept 4,1933, in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was the eldest child of the late Hugh Davis and Doris Bernice/Davis Merchant.
Dolores went on to glory on November 2, 2017.
Dolores was of member of the Whiteside Rd community in the Hill District of Pittsburgh for many years. She  contributed her time and her love to help keep her community productive and safe for those who called it home. 

Dolores was no nonsense and she told it like it was. But, her door was always open and a hot plate was always ready. She had the spirit of giving rooted deep inside her. 

Dolores enjoyed any and every moment she spent with family and friends. Whether it be at cookouts, birthday parties, holidays or amusement parks. She was a hard working and loving woman whose strength helped her to overcome many obstacles, hard times and health issues. 
Dolores was loved by many and will be missed by everyone who had the chance to meet her. She leaves behind a big family that continues to grow and who will never forget her.
