Cedrina Antoinette Toley AKA "Cookie/Ce-Ce" was born January 7, 1982 to her parents, Cedric Toley and Sheryl Brower in Pittsburgh, PA  Cookie attended East Hills  Elementary School, Reizenstein Middle School, and Allderdice High School.  Cookie later obtained her GED in 2000 and went on to obtain her GED in 2000 and went on to obtain an Associate's Degree in Business & Restaurant Management from Community College of Allegheny County in 2006.  Cookie worked many jobs during her youth but enjoyed her employment as a Nursing Assistant most, where she displayed her love for elderly patients.

Cookie comes from a very large family and loved to spend time with them for any occasion, weather it was a birthday party, cookout, wedding, holiday, or simply no reason at all but just to "get together".  Cookie truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, she loved to cook, and loved to eat even more, especialy when her mom prepared meals.  Cookie had a strong love for music and could be heard singing for miles in her neighborhood, singing "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" at Christmas time as this was her favorite Holiday.  Even as a young child, she loved to dance and sing with her family.  Cookie also had a knack for fashion and would stop traffic when she put her creativityy to work with her wardrobe, hair styles, makeup, etc., she had as cat walk like no other.  Cookie had a contagious way about her and lit up a room with her BIG smile, loud laughter, and entertaining personality.  When you left Cookie, you took a piece of her with you.'

In May of 2009 God blessed Cookie with the birth of her first and only child, a son who she named Jason Brown, Jr.  Cookie was elated to be a new mother and went all out preparing for the arrival of her baby boy.  She took pride in the care and loved that she showed her son as he meant the world to her.

Cedrina Antionette Toley passed away suddenly, on Sunday, July 15, 2018.  She is survived by her son Jason Brown, Jr.; Mother, Sheryl Brower; Father, Cedric Toley; Sister, Tonya L. Brower; Brother, Vincent Toley, Jr.; Brother, Jason Toley; Godmother, Natalie Bryant, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends who mourn her death and will cherish long lasting memories of her forever.
