His Life's Story
Andrew Jackson Sweeney was born on November 2, 1963 to the late Genevieve Sweeney and Andrew Jackson in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He departed this life suddenly on August 12, 2019.
He was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System. Upon graduation, AJ, as he was affectionately know, began working in security and construction and held a number of jobs in both fields throughout his life.
AJ was a very happy-go--lucky type of guy who was fun to be around and who loved his family deeply. He is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald and both his parents, Genevieve Sweeney and Andrew Jackson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Ovetta, 1 grandson, Dyland as well as two step-daughters, Ebony and Autumn, five step-grandchildren, three brothers, Leland, George and Mike, four sisters, Harriette, Sharon, Angela and Michele, three step-sisters, Nettie, Celeste and Veronica, one sister-in-law Christina, one brother-in-law Garry; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends too numerous to name but who all were recipients of his love, time and devotion.
