Trace Anthony Massie

Trace Anthony Massie, 1, of Pittsburgh, Born April 10, 2015 was granted his angel wings on October 17, 2016.  His final days were spent surrounded by family that Trace had touched throughout his short yet very memorable life.  Trace's time on this earth was short by those who were touched by him understand that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.  His gentle smile could melt the heart of those around him.  He could spend hours watching the Paw Patrol, face timing his family and playing with his siblings.  He loved many things but especially music, his Mon, Dad, Godfather Cheekie, cousin Emory (aka Mamee) brother and sisters.

Trace is survived by his parents Kevin Massie and Shataya Sheffey; siblings, Nijhir, Zekiah and Armahni Massie; great grandmothers; Jean Massie and Sharon Parker-Rice; grandparents; Marc Peters; Theresa Peters and Crystal Massie; great aunt Jacqueline Parker; aunts and uncles; Lakeeta and Ian Wingfield.  Teyonna and Andre Harris; Keith (Dolores), Kanesha Massie, Larry Massie, Tyhee, Jaquan, Marc and Justice Peters; godparents; Robert Penn and Raven Gardner and a host of cousins.

Trace was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents Jessie E. Peters and Rosabelle Peters.
