Toni Renee Briggs, passed on September 13, 2017 at 6:49pm surrounded by her loving family.  Toni was the loving daughter of Curtis and Catherine Littleton who proceeded her in death, along with siblings Ferdal and Aleta Littleton.  Toni leaves behind to mourn her are Clinton Briggs her husband; children, Quentin Briggs, Denise Whiting and Aleita Jones; grandchildren, Antonia (BB) Jones, Tonia (Squeek) Whiting, Vanetta Jones, Ethan Jones, Isaiah (Oogie) Jones, Earl Pinkney, Sade Pinkney, Emanuel Jones, Justice Haten, Quentin Briggs, Justus Boyle, Braden and Ella Briggs; Great grandchildren, Imani Jones, Jai’ma Howze, Jeremiah and Gianna Valentin, Amirah Jones, Ethan III, Brooklyn, Harmoney, Gabriel and Serenity Pinkney; siblings Darnell Littleton, Donald Littleton, Mark Littleton, Alberta Griffey, Eleanore Littleton, Sheila Moten Christine Littleton-Ross, Deborah Wilson, Melba Drewery, Vicky Lomax and Rev. Ronda Littleton-Johnson along with numerous nephews and nieces including Tia Aquindaldo, Michael Littleton, Darrell Harding, Michael Johnson, Craig and Ken Griffey, Gregory (Skimo) Moten, Yvette Rahim and Cassandra (Candy) Moten, Danielle and Dana Brown, Miquel, Martin, Curt, Colleen, Desiree, Jessie, Teauthay (Juicey) Littleton, Ameret (Breezy) Pritchett and Jabree Cook; Rae Tart, Brandon Littleton, Reuben Littleton, Fred III, Ivory and Dominique Drewery. 

Toni, lived in NY for many years but returned to the “Valley” to care for her ailing parents.  Toni was well known for her culinary skill as well as her giant heart for those in need.  There was always a meal ready for you when you enter her house and some sage advice.  For those who spent time with her knew her to be fiercely loyal and a straight shooter, never mincing words, nor backing down.  She didn’t have friends, only family.  We will always love you Toni and miss you terribly.
