James E. Loving

James E. Loving was born June 24, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the third of three children born to the late Charles R. Loving Sr. and Jeanette Louise (Arnold) Loving. He peacefully and quietly passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017. His brother (Charles, Jr.) and son (James Dwayne) also preceded him in death.

James was educated in the Pittsburgh Public Schools and in 1970 received his GED. He also attended Connelly Skilled Center where he received a Certificate for Home Health Aide. He worked at several Nursing Homes within the City before retiring from Station Square as a custodian in the Maintenance Department. Pleasing people and loved ones was one of his passions.

James leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter (Janaya), grandson (Shay), his loving sister (Linda) nephews (Dwayne and Tavian), niece (Courtney) a very special and devoted companion (Celeste Johnson) and a host of relatives and friends.
