Affectionately known as (Tina) by her family and friends. Tina was born on December 7, 1940 in Pittsburgh, PA, to Gus & Hazel Green Feleciano and the foster daughter to Gus & Emma Whatley. Constance departed this life peacefully on January 21, 2018, at her home with her husband Dave by her side.
Constance attended the Pittsburgh Public School system. She graduated from Westinghouse High School where she did well. Years later she became supervisor at Verizon for many years.
Constance had two children from a previous marriage, Kimberly Ann Gibson and James Scott. On June 12, 1977, Constance married the love of her life, David Emanuel by whom she was loved and cherished for many, many years. Constance had a great love for music and a passion for helping others.
Constance leaves to cherish fond memories of wonderful times, her husband; Dave Emanuel; daughter Kimberly Gibson, son: James Scott (Venius); grandchildren: James Gibson, Eboni Gibson, Darius Scott, Jaylen Scott, and Trevon Scott. Great grandchildren: Kierre Adams, Alphonso Robinson, Essence Robinson, Azyre Robinson, Unique Robinson and Honesti Gibson; Sisters: Diane Rorie, Elsie Basking and brother Roy Robinson.
Also she leaves to mourn, sister-in-law, Joyce Sadik, foster sister Carlene Maxon and foster brother Robert Little (Debbie), a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death sisters: Judith Sadik, Percilla Reese and brrother, Alfred Sadik.
