Chinitia Hill Johnson

Chinitia Hill Johnson passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 19th, 2017, at Shadyside Hospital.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Donald and Chinitia Hill on July 19th, 1972.  She was called "Peaches" by her mother because of her complexion.  A nickname she would carry for the rest of her life.

She graduated from Brashear High School in 1990 while  welcoming the birth of her bouncing baby boy Andre'.

Chinitia went on to work in the health care industry.

In 1999, Chinita met the love of her life Mark Johnson and the two were married on February 14th, 2000.

Chinitia and Mark enjoyed travelling together and spending time with family and friends and raising their son Andre' of whom they were very proud.

Chinitia went on to open her own health care business "Stay at Home Care", assisting families with the care of their loved ones.  Peaches was a friend to all, who would go to the aid of a friend or person(s) in need at a moments notice.

She was a member of  various social clubs, Sisters with a purpose, Dinner Divas, Dream Girls and The Pittsburgh Aids Task Force as a volunteer.

She is survived by her loving husband; Mark Johnson, son; Andre' Jones, mother; Chinitia Hill,, brother; Donald Hill, sister; Kelly Hill, grandmother; Geraldine Washington, aunts; Margo and Kim Washington.  David Washington, Keith Washington, goddaughter; Tanzania Livsey, grandchildren; Narya Noah, Noah Redmond and a host of relatives.
