Anthony Dache Bailey was born on June 4, 1989, to the proud parents of Joseph A. Miller and Tracy L. Bailey at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.  Anthony was raised in North Versailles (Crestas), PA and Penn Hills, where he attended Washington Elementary, East Allegheny High and later transferred to Central Catholic High School for his Junior and Senior years.  Upon graduating from Central Catholic, he received a full scholarship to attend the University of Maine.

Anthony was a young man who was full of life.  He was always willing to help anyone in anyway that he could.  He strived to be positive even when life had it's difficult moments.  Anthony was known for his laughter and his smile.  There was a light within Anthony that shined.  He emitted a positive energy that people who came in contact with him could feel and absorb.  He was easily likable, and as a result, made many friends from all lifestyles.  A big part of Anthony's life was the game of football.  Anthony was not just a star player, he was a Super Star at this sport and was named an All Star for the 3 Youth Football teams he played for, Homewood, Garfield and Penn Hills.  He was blessed with natural athletic ability, that he did not take for granted.  He worked out on his own time, concentrated at his craft, and as a result, was rewarded as a WPIAL (AA) All Conference Linebacker, two time WPIAL (AAAA) All Conference Defensive Back, participated in the North vs South All Star Game, was rated #48 as a Defensive Back in the Eastern Region (US), all resulting in a full scholarship to the University of Maine.  While playing for the Homewood team, he quickly obtained the nickname "Prime Time", for his big play ability.  Anthony was also nized by his froiens as "A.B." and "Shay".

Anthony was the first boy of nine siblings.  Of his siblings, Anthony leaves behind; Latoya, Andre, Aaron, Allen, Alashia, Antwon, Jaydah, Andrew and Justin.  Anthony also leaves behind his father: Joseph Miller "Tony", a daughter: Tayana, an unborn son, cousin: Roger McDaniel, Brother-in-Law: Jerry, a brother from another mother: Anthony Sugarmann "Suggs", a stepmother: Rhonda Hunter and an abundance of additional family and friends.
